Processing procedure

Reports are processed as quickly as possible, and processing results are sent by
e-mail if desired.
In the case of an anonymous report, the processing result will not be notified.
Receipt and processing of reports is operated in a confidential manner to third
parties.

The reporter and the contents of the report are absolutely guaranteed
confidentiality.
There is no disadvantage or punishment for giving a legitimate report. The
identity of informant and the details of report are kept strictly confidential
so that they are not disclosed against their will. In the process of
fact-checking the report, those who cooperated with the investigation by making
statements or providing data are equally protected.
