Process Description
Limestone Mining The distribution of limestone is investigated to secure high-purity limestone by grade, and explosives are used to blast mines. Blast ore is trammed with a crusher using large heavy equipment.
Crushing Limestone is crushed down to <30mm using the crusher appropriate for the size at each stage and repeating both crushing and mixing.> The crushers used are: Stage 1: Gyratory crusher, Stage 2: Hammer crusher, Stage 3: Cone crusher.
Mixing The limestone that has undergone the crushing process is homogenized through the process of crossing between forming in the pre-mixing pile and withdrawing. At this time, the state is analyzed and adjusted by an automatic analysis system to further homogenize the other limestone grades in each vein.

Process Description
Preparation of Secondary Raw Materials In addition to the main raw material limestone, clay and iron secondary raw materials should be added. The clay is to supplement the silica and aluminum components. Mainly used are silica, pyrophyllite, pumice, etc., and for iron ore are used. Nowadays, eco-friendly recycling materials are used rather than natural resource.
Raw Material Grinding In the raw material grinder, the raw material is finely crushed less than 90㎛ to facilitate heat exchange in the later-stage calcination process through drying and finely grinding. At this time, by using the waste heat gas exhausted in the calcination process, the drying and grinding operations are efficiently performed in parallel.
Raw Material Storage The fine powder material is stored in a silo with a mixing device. In this process, homogeneous quality is maximized through rotational mixing, forced mixing using air, and mix withdrawing process.

Process Description
Preheating In order to bake the raw material above 1400°C, it is necessary to have an effective preheating process in order to increase the efficiency, so that stable quality and thermal efficiency can be achieved. We have a globally proven NSP system for all manufacturing lines.
Calcination When the coal is crushed into dust coal in a rotary kiln and heated at 2000℃ or higher, the raw material is calcined at 1400°C or higher and is converted into a new mineral. This is called clinker, the core material that provides hydraulicity in cement.
Cooling The clinker that has been baked at high temperature is rapidly cooled with an air fan to facilitate good quality performance and handling of the later-stage processes. The heat-exchanged air is then re-supplied to the preheating and calcination process for combustion, maximizing energy efficiency.
Bituminous Coal Grinding In the bituminous coal grinder, the fuel is finely ground to less than 90㎛ to facilitate heat exchange in the calcination process through drying and fine grinding, and the ground coal is fed into the burner in an air-transmission format.
Bituminous Coal Preparation Bituminous coal, the main fuel, is imported from China, Russia and Australia. In order to ensure stable calcination, the bituminous coal at the port that has been carried in by railway and trucks is homogeneously mixed and placed in large yard, and then the appropriate amount is drawn out when necessary.

Process Description
Raw Material Preparation Crushing the stored clinker immediately results in the formation of cement properties, which quickly congeals and makes handling inconvenient. By adding gypsum, congelation is delayed, which facilitates handling in transportation and construction. In addition, a small amount of additives is added in order to complement and stabilize the physical properties.
Cement Production Each raw material is inserted at a predetermined mixing ratio and crushed into fine powder of less than 45㎛ . In order to optimize hydration reactivity, powder fineness and temperature are controlled to produce cement, and this product is stored in the silo.
Storage and Shipment The stored product is shipped via freight car or BCT or directly to the customer. It is mainly supplied in amorphous bulk form and is also supplied as large-sized packaged product.
